    I scratched off the code and first 4 number/letters are u readable?! Keep trying contact us on Xbox page however can’t get through keeps coming up try again is there any other Avenue to contact them?!

    there should be a phone number on the back of the card, or on the receipt. Gift cards are sold by third-party is and they are responsible for their proper distribution just as if Best Buy sold you a physical game.

    Just a few questions to see if I can come up with some solutions to help you.

    Is the whole code unreadable or just partly?

    Did you purchase the gift card from a large retailer?

    In these situations it’s very unlikely there is anything support will be able to do as there is no way of verifying the gift card other than it’s unique code.
