XBOX gift card scratched too hard and is unreadable

Hi,

My daughter got a XBOX gift card for christmas and the car was scratched too hard and now the code is not readable.

How can I get help from Microsoft ?

I cannot reach anybody by phone...

Take it back to the store you bought it and see if they'll exchange it.

Hey!

When you go to
Contact Us to get it to request a callback follow these steps:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One
Step 2 ----select see more options then subscription changes
Step 3-----select show contact options
Step 4 ----select request a call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option. I hope this helps in reaching customer support. Please

Did you buy the gift card or receive it from someone else?

If you got it, then I would suggest try contacting the retailer to see if they will do anything about it. If someone else got it for you, then the receipt should help (assuming they still have it).

If all else fails, try contacting Xbox Support to see if they can do anything for you.
