Hello HaychA, all Microsoft cards have 25 digits, if you bought a Gitf Card on Amazon regardless of the value for ex: $10, $20 etc, this code will have to be entered in the account you want the credit to be added, in this case your nephew.

After the code is reraced in his account you will be able to see the credit by logging into the account that you replaced through the link below, and then clicking microsoft account balance: 0.00 "Manage".

Keep in mind that Xbox Gift Cards are now deposited directly into your account when you redeem the points, so you're no longer emailed a code for those. So you may also want to check your account balance at http://commerce.microsoft.com to
see if they've been added to your account

As far I as can remember, whenever you submit the order using your MS points, there is one last confirmation screen that shows you the email address where the rewards will be sent. Do you remember seeing that last screen, and which email address was entered?

It suppose to go whatever account you use the points on. Keep in mind it isnt instant and I belive it tells you it xan take up to a few hours but the good thing it goes directly to your account. You will see the credit to your account.

I had this same issue a little while back turned out it went to my old email after a few calls and a few security questions tho I had it sent to my recent email.
