    Xbox Gift Card Promotion never recieved


    Back in June I received an email that if I joined Xbox Live Gold before July 15th because my friend invited me to join gold I would receive an email with a code for a free $10 Xbox Gift Card and instructions on how to redeem said code, by July 15th.

    To this day I have never received said code and have called and contacted support multiple times with no success I wish to please get my promotion of possible.

    Pre-order gift cards not received

    I pre-ordered Forza Horizon 3 and at the time the $10 gift card promotion was there and I also pre-ordered 2k17 both from microsoft.com and I have not recieved either of the $10 gift cards

    No, gift cards purchased at retail never expire. Note that promotional gift cards like those from Microsoft Rewards or Xbox Live Rewards do expire.

    What exactly do you mean by "get a gift card from Xbox"? If you're referring to the rare occasions when Xbox sends a message with a code for £5/£10 credit, it's usually tied to a promotion or it's a randomised gift.
