    Hi there,

    Hope this is the right section to post this in, and will do my best to explain myself clearly. I recently came across a tab on the Xbox One dashboard that took me to a page that states that you can earn up to £100 in Xbox Gift Cards through inviting friends
    to join Xbox Live Gold or Game Pass. There are certain aspects of the offer that do not make much sense to me, such as it seems to pick 9/10 friends at random from your friends list which not only makes you unable to choose who you actually want to invite,
    but also cannot remove any of those selected even if they are no longer on your friends list. I tried to get some clarity through Xbox Support who were, if I'm honest, pretty unhelpful but whoever I spoke to did that the offer was run by Xbox Rewards and that
    detailed information was on the website. Seems strange to me as there is no reference to Xbox Rewards anywhere on the tab page, and unless I'm blind there is no mention of it anywhere on your website but this is the direction in which they pointed me.

    Could you possibly provide any clarity into this, and if the offer is run through Xbox Rewards, how it actually works as there are several people I know that would like to join Game Pass and would be happy for me to invite them.

    Hey PabloUK85! Per the terms eligible recipients must be new to both Gamepass and Xbox Live Gold. Generally if you do not see someone listed, they do not fit the eligibility requirements. Thanks!

    Offers can vary by region. If they don't offer Xbox gift cards in your area, then you can't redeem points for them.

    As above, Rewards will need to be contacted.

    Just to be aware: Rewards may try to redirect you to Xbox as it is apparently their reponsibility. This offer has been available in the past and there have been plenty of issues with the extra Gift Cards.

    I think I recall the terms of the offer saying that gift cards would be sent before the end of September so it's still possible it will appear at some point...although the gift cards normally appear not long after completion
