xbox gift card in microsoft history visible but not on the xbox account.

It could be a sync delay, especially since it’s Sunday. Sometimes, transactions take extra time to reflect across accounts. You might want to wait a day and check again. If the issue persists, you may need to try and refund purchase.

Thanks for your reply. That is a bit strange! Did you have any pending charges on the account from subscriptions or previous purchases? You might need to contact the reseller where you bought the gift card.

thanks for respond but the thing is that ive already used the code yeterday so is it posible to take 2 days? also ive noticed something strange that is visible in the right of the screenshot. the 30$ is writen sepretly in 10 and 20. is this the cause? and if it is why?

Xbox account = Microsoft account
Xbox gift card = Microsoft gift card, no matter what gift card (Xbox or Microsoft) you have. You're going to receive Microsoft balance directly in your account and you can purchase via Microsoft.com and Xbox.com with that money

You're not going to "redeem" Minecraft java and bedrock. You're going to purchase directly the game for your account. Once purchased the game is going to appear in the order history (https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders)

If you want a redeemable code in that case you need to gift the game and use the balance to pay

  Sign in to the gift card history page in your Microsoft account. If you end up on a gift card merchandise page, select Gift card history, sign in,
  then select Gift card history again.

  Select Cancel > Confirm to cancel the order and get a refund.
