Xbox gift card from Walmart fraudulently redeemed

sometimes it'll say that but it actually did redeem it properly, please check the account balance

If it did not work, you'll have to call the company that's on the card or on the receipt as they are responsible for distributing working cards

Walmart Gift Cards are not an acceptable form of Payment with Microsoft.

If you are needing to purchase XBox Live Gold, Walmart sells Cards for that in store then you can redeem the code on the Xbox.

If you are wanting to use it to purchase a game, then you can purchase an Xbox Gift card from Walmart and use the code on that to apply it to your account.

The other option could be purchase a gift card (you can do it using the Xbox website or use a third party store like Walmart, Amazon, etc)
And redeem the gift cards in your account.

After that try purchasing the games and pay with Microsoft balance (the gift card)

I purchased 5 $100 XBOX gift cards under a fraudulent scam. I have a receipt plus the activate code on each card. I need help to stop redemption of these cards. Please give me a call at (Mod Removed) or email at: *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.

There wouldnt be any way to prevent them from redeeming the gift cards if you gave them the codes.
