    Yes you can use both, Xbox Gift Cards as well as Game Pass we are there for both and you can join Xbox Gold Also for free

    Use the microsoft reward app if you haven't already. You can save up your points to get xbox live, game pass or even digital xbox gift cards. Or you can wait until free play days for everyone comes back. Then you can use gold for free for a couple of

    Game pass cards are not gift cards. So no, you'll need an Xbox Gift card to buy in game items. :)
