Xbox Gemertag Error When Trying To Change It

I keep getting an error where it gives me an error right at the end of the purchase, I saw a post here a while ago having the same problem but I tried the solution and it wasn't possible. The solution was to contact Xbox Support but the Virtual Agent is useless at best and for some reason, it says that I cannot request a call without telling me why

Here is the error it is sending: (also yes I have tried changing the store location and it still doesn't work)

Microsoft changed the way purchases works, now to purchase something from a region is necessary yes or yes have a payment method physically issued and billed in the same region or Microsoft balance with the same currency

For example, your Microsoft account region is United States, your payment method needs to be issued on United States too

International cards doesn't work, virtual agent can't assist with that due to is not possible to bypass this system requirement

If you're sure you have the credentials for the correct account try to logout from the Xbox App:

- Open the Xbox app.

- Select your gamerpic in the top-right corner

- Select Sign Out.

- Select your gamerpic in the top-right corner again

- Select Sign In.

- Under Use another account, select the Microsoft account that you want to sign in with.

- If prompted, enter the credentials that are associated with that Microsoft account.

Check if the gamertag changed to yours "G******"

If the gamertag stills "S******" probably someone changed it, so the only way to have another gemertag is creating a new one:

When I did another wifi it changed the error to “An unexpected error occurred while signing into your account for xbox live, please try again later.”

I am having a problem my xbox 360 was connecting to the internet but no xbox live content. so I did gemertag recovery now xbox 360 is working perfect but my xbox one is now connecting to the internet but no xbox live content and there is no option to recover
gamertag at this stage on xbox one so now I am stuck.
