    So unprofessional, i called to report fraud coming from your end and after being giving the run around you guys say theres nothing you can do. IF YOU CANT STOP PEOPLE FROM STEALING MY IDENITY THEN YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE A CREDIT CARD OPTION AT ALL!! Unsafe to give xbox any infomation. TAKE DOWN THE CREDIT CARD OPTION BECAUSE YOUR NOT PROTECTING IT WHAT SO EVER

    I believe if you use a credit card the charge doesn't go through right away. If someone uses MS currency already in their account it is taken right away thus they would receive Stick of Truth right away.

    As soon as you get the cards, the XP and Appearance options are placed on the character in the cards straight away. Hence how one can get their N7 rank boosted up so fast... spend credits on packs, get the xp cards, promote character at 20, rinse and repeat.

    It's helpful but I've already done this, they told to me post here and hope someone else can answer the question. They couldnt answer because i hadnt used a credit card and I threw away my recent prepaid cards so they couldn't verify I owned the account.
