Xbox games are not licensed for public exhibition or any form of commercial exploitation arcade style

you absolutely would need a license from every single game you wish to use

There you can learn how to design, develop, and deploy hardware and device drivers for Windows PCs and other devices.

The games are not licensed for commercial use, you cannot feature them even if you don’t charge.

I’m not aware of any program in North America for such things
