Xbox gaming captures fails (again) to delete my Xbox live captures

Hello!

Yes the again is there because I originally had a work around and the thing reverted to not working again before I could reply. I also found out that I can no longer upload anything to Xbox live. (It’s a Series S btw) I’ve done the following:

• Power cycled my Xbox

• Wiped the system clean

• Cleared alternative MAC address

Clips WILL NOT delete. I have tried multiple times. I delete them and then return. I cannot upload anything new. I have no clue why this is happening, but if I don’t find a fix soon I’m going to trade it for a new system because it’s been several days and I’m out of ideas. I called support and nobody called back so here I am. I need help with this, I’m desperate at this point.

As long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved games are all uploaded to your Xbox Live and will just re-sync once you launch your game.

Not at all, LeviW2. It will delete all your games but you can reinstall them again because the license is on your Microsoft account itself.

Seems like you have performed all the necessary steps, LeviW2. Do you have an Xbox App installed on your mobile device? If yes, please try to delete the clips from there and on your console at the same time.

Do you have an external hard drive plugged into your console? If yes, please unplug it then perform a powercycle before trying again.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

Just did it for ya. The same results occurred and nothing was removed.
