As per checking, Gran Turismo 7 is a PlayStation-exclusive game developed by Polyphony Digital, which is a subsidiary of Sony Interactive Entertainment. As a result, the game is only available to play on PlayStation platforms and not on Xbox.

The good news is that the brand new Forza motorsport is coming out in a few months, which should scratch any Gran Turismo itch you have

Because GT7 is made by a Sony owned studio & a Playstation exclusive.
