Xbox Gaming App for PC is Missing game DLC/content (World War Z game)

I am referring SPECIFICALLY to the Xbox Gaming App FOR PC...NOT FOR XBOX.

I purchased World War Z and the World War Z: Aftermath DLC - all was working fine last night. Today when I attempted to play the game, all of the Aftermath DLC was missing, as if I had not purchased it. I checked my purchases, and it shows in them - so the store is aware that I purchased the DLC. I tried restarting the PC, and making sure it was up to date, that didn't resolve the issue. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, and now the App no longer recognizes that I purchased the DLC as it did before - the store still shows the purchase, but the app no longer recognizes that it was made.

I want help with this IMMEDIATELY, as this has cost me nearly $100 in purchases that I can no longer use. I will chargeback and you'll lose the money if you don't assist me. This isn't the first issue I have had with this game and Xbox Gaming App for PC related to this DLC.

1. Logout from Xbox app and Microsoft Store app
2. Look for the Xbox app and Microsoft Store in the Windows bar, right-click, click app settings and then click terminate, restore and reset. Do this with the game too.
3. Clear the store cache type ''wsreset'' in the Windows bar, run as admin, and wait for the screen to close and open the store automatically.
4. Login with your account again in both apps
5. Open the Microsoft Store, click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner ''download and updates'' and click on ''get updates'' and update everything. After these steps try again.

If the problem persists it is necessary to contact the game developer. Wait 24 hours after installing the content again before contacting the developer.

None of that worked. I still show the DLC in my purchases, but in the Xbox Gaming App I am prompted to purchase the DLC again.

Once again...the DLC is confirmed to have been purchased. I have already used it previously. It stopped working yesterday. None of the steps you suggested work. Uninstalling the game and reinstalling didn't work. It's talked about on the Subreddit and on the Discord - Twitter isn't really where most players of that game go to complain. The Developer says it's because of the 21H1 Windows update not working.

If that's the case they need to make an announcement and provide a timeline for a fix.

When content is installed and does not appear within the game it is the developer's responsibility to investigate the issue.
