Xbox gametag recovery

If it's asking you to pay for a Gamertag change it means that you have already used it.

In regards to your Gamertag, all changes can only be made on your end.

Define visibility to my account. I know I'm not the first one to have this issue and i won't be the last one either. As i just posted my comment towards Smutches, its explains itself.

No this is very incorrect because i made this very same account / gamertag in 2002 when xbox live first became online. So no i wasn't given a chance at all.
And here we are today 2022. 20 years later and still a loyal customer for over 20 years without canceling my subscription not even once in the past 20 years i really do believe i should have access to this change your gamertag 1 time free exchange.

We can spin the record on this over and over. As i stated over a month ago. I have no control, if i had control to fix / resolve this issue i wouldn't be posting or even reaching out about it but here we are.

As i said just give me access to this 1 time free user name exchange and this problem will go away, its very simple.

The free change is only given when you create an account and are given a randomly generated tag and are changing that tag for the first time. Since the tag you had was one of your own choosing, you had already used the free change when you created your tag.

This still doesn't solve the issue at hand. Like I said before there isn't any options given to me and only a charge fee.
Again I'm just disappointed at the fact there is no real help and its out of my control. If there is any real solution and there is one, is give me access to the 1 time change your gamer tag option that I've been told by the community.
