    Xbox gamespass account suspension bug


    Just thought I should let everyone know, that I think there is a glitch somewhere regarding the suspension system.

    I got a message today in the GamePass app stating that my account was suspended, but checking online and on the console, everything is fine. Is this a bug, or is this something bigger that we should know about?!

    As previously mentioned, it's a bug so following Francia's advise won't fix it. It should go away on its own at some point and cam even come back. There is a report option under settings for the app that you can use to report the bug.

    I understand you’re trying to help but it’s still there. I’ve tried every single method there is. Xbox came in contact with me about the issue, and yes indeed it is a bug. 🙌🏽

    I did multiple times now, still the same issue, I have no enforcement taken on my account since 2019

    Oh, yes. I apologize. It’s odd that there is no enforcement action and yet there is a reminder. Kindly reset and repair the app by following the steps below:

    Settings > Apps & Features > Apps > Search for the App > Advanced Options > Repair > Reset.

    When you sign in to https://enforecement.xbox.com were you able to see an enforcement action? If none, kindly uninstall and reinstall the app on your phone.
