    XBox games won't play


    We have an Xbox 1 and for the last several days we have been unable to access any games. At first it was saying to sign in even after signing in several times. And today we bought the new Black ops game and downloaded it, and am unable to find it anywhere
    in the sysytem. The entire Xbox is acting wierd. Anyone have any idea why?

    What it sounds like is you bought the Black Ops game online and not through the console itself.

    If so you would need to make sure the account that you made the purchase with online is on the console you are trying to download it to and has that console set as its home console. This will allow any game purchased with that account online to download
    and install that game to that accounts home console. It will also allow any other profile/account on that console to play that game.

    Try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on, and then re-adding the account
