Xbox Games With Gold store won't open

I haven't been able to open Games With Gold for almost a week. I can access the store through the store tab, and it will show all the games that are on sale, but will only give the following error message:

I have reset my console. I have checked and verified wireless network. I have verified all services are working. My account is fully paid and I have 11 months left in my current year-long subscription. I have done everything including shaking my fists at the
sky. Nothing is working.

I am dismayed that the support team here was busy last month closing the old threads that have this issue and asking people to start a new thread, but still not providing solutions that are helpful. I hope that somebody out there can help me.

Thank you for reaching out. I see you have been having some trouble accessing the MS store from your console even after quite a bit of troubleshooting. Make sure there are no pending updates for the console (Settings>System>Updates) and for the MS store
app (Games & Apps>Updates). We strongly recommend trying to claim the
Games with Gold through our site. If you are unable to do so, this could be an account issue. Let us know how it goes!

Hi, I had to use the reset console option located in the System section of Settings. There is an option to reset console but keep games and saves etc. After going through the reset all my games and things were still there and it seemed to resolve the problem.

An update now all my games won't open I cannot access anything even the store messes up when I put a disc game in it won't launch the store opens but doesn't work so yeah having a great day consider restarting my Xbox
