    Xbox Games with Gold "purchases" not showing in purchase history


    I have checked my purchase history both on xbox.com and commerce.microsoft.com and it appears that all of the "free" purchases do not show up in my history. How do I check and see which games I actually have available to me? My HD for my 360 is full
    and consequently I am simply "purchasing" them until I beat other games and remove them from my HD to then install the new ones.

    Hello,I bought Xbox live gold a few weeks ago but now all the feature that come with it aren't working, I checked my purchase history and the purchase of gold is there,but its not showing up

    No I have not used a trial card. I purchased a 12 month Xbox live gold membership today.

    via xbox, The purchase is showing on my account purchase history.

    Xbox Games with Gold "purchases" not showing in purchase history

    On the 360 you can head to Settings>Accounts>Download History to see what is there.

    If the items are not listed then perhaps they were added with a different gamertag.

    Fallout 3 has never been given as a Games with Gold game (https://www.trueachievements.com/games-with-gold/games) So it would have had to have been purchased
    or redeemed with the purchase of Fallout 4 as part of a promotion that was available when that game was first released. In which case it would show in your purchase history (Games with Gold games don't show in your purchase history). Nothing is removed from
    your purchase history unless you get a refund. So if you're 100% sure you are using the account that purchased the games, then yeah, you'll need to contact support.

    Did you check your order history as I requested? A Games with Gold purchase shows on your account as a purchase for $0.00 If it is not showing then it wasn't purchased using your account.

    It doesn’t show up at the purchase history, and I got the game from Games for Gold. The same account can play it on Xbox 360, but not on Xbox One.
