    The update size of games is up to the developer. They improve the game and then send the update to Xbox to release it for the gamers to update their games.

    If you're still having trouble receiving the update, you could also try to download the Xbox Insider Hub app and sign up for the Minecraft (Bedrock Edition) Beta. even though the 1.14 update for Bedrock is public, as its the update that brought bees to this
    version, if for whatever reason you cannot receive the public update the private version through the beta which as more up-to-date patches that get rolled out frequently may be a good option for you to 'force' the update to happen. Its completely free and
    comes with a few minor stipulations such as you can't play with people who aren't running that current version (because its receiving more frequent updates and testing features) as well as the fact you de-enroll from the beta updates through the Insider Hub
    at any point... you won't be able to play on worlds generated through the beta until the update they were created on is made public.

    That is interesting, i checked the game website and it doesn't look like it requires a internet connection, the game should be able to update even if you were blocked ( i think). Have you tried resetting your Xbox to see if it fixes it?
    Thank you, yes I have already tried resetting it but the issue continues. I think I can only play a game from a physical disk until they unblock me I don't have another explanation
