    Xbox Games uninstalling themselves


    Whenever I try to install fifa 23 the download gets to about 80% and then cancels the download, I also have this problem with overwatch 2 as well

    This is only a recent problem for me I’ve never experienced this before, tried fully hard restarting the Xbox and clearing all the cache and saved data for the games and nothing still stuck with the games not installing

    Or sometimes the game will install but I will then come off my Xbox and the game will then be gone?

    Thank you to everyone for your advice. I unplugged the external storage, waited 30 sexonds, then plugged it back again. Everything is back to normal now. 😀

    Hello CaTA4!

    Thanks for bringing this situation to our attention here on the forums. I recommend going into your settings. Under "System" select the option that says "Storage". From there you can view and transfer the contents of your external hard drive over to your
    internal drive!

    The new update is the reason why I was planning on playing. I don’t remember cancelling an update but maybe something else forced it to close down. Thank you for the reply :)
