I've managed to fix the problem already but thank you anyway and I have another question how can I record a game and hear my fault?

If you want to record your game play, depending on how long you want to record, you can either use a video capture device, like one Elgato sells, and a computer. Or through the Xbox One console you can stream to Mixer, making sure your Mixer account is set
to record your broadcasts and then download your VOD afterword.
