Xbox Games Scratched...Refund?

Usually the console only scratches discs if it's moved while you have a disc inside.

Microsoft has a disc exchange program if it is a Microsoft game, but you do have to pay I think $20 for it. If it's not a Microsoft game it would depend on the publisher.

if he has scratched it and then takes back for a refund then that is defrauding the shop.

if you have scratched the disc then you have to replace at your expense.

i dont go back to the dealership because i scratched my car and ask for a replacement.

If the game has scratches, the retailer at which you purchased the game should be able to clean it for you. If that doesn't work and the game is under their return policy, they should be able to return/refund it for you.

If the code is not used and not scratched, you are entitled to a refund if you take the card and the receipt to the asda.
