Xbox games redirects to "Gaming Services"

I can't seem to open any gamepass xbox game. They redirect me to the Microsoft Store "Gaming Services" Which is already installed. I've tried repairing, resetting the app. I've also tried this solution: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us...ft Store will open,try playing any game again

removing and reinstalling via PowerShell (Administrator) still has the same effect.

repairing/resetting/reinstalling Xbox app still has the same effect.

SFC and DISM haven't found any corrupted entries.

Windows is up to date Windows 11 Version 10.0.22621 Build 22621

Going to leave this as unsolved and reinstall Windows 11.

I noted in my original post that I already ran SFC and DISM showing no corrupt entries. I've done several re-scans and still no corruption.

Remove-Item -Path "HKLM:\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\GamingServices" -recurse

Launch PowerShell as administrator and enter these commands:

Set-ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted

Then,

Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

Restart the computer.

I tried this solution and this also has no successful effect. However during the Powershell execution there were several lines saying "unable to install because the following apps need to be closed" However the listed apps aren't opened. Apps such as "Windows Alarms" or "WebExperience".
