Xbox games pass quest rewards

hi there i havnt receieved my xbox game pass quest reward for february. I completed over 25 hours on the requested game which was mad max. I havnt recied any email or the message centre message that i got on previous months.

Could you advise please.

I haven't received my Xbox quest rewards for March

Hello, me again. I haven't received my March Xbox Quest reward or Game Pass Quest reward for March.

 

Not receiving quest rewards

I have since received the xbox quest reward for January, but not the game pass quest reward for January

 

Heya!

Unfortunately, we have determined that the account you posted with did not have a concurrent Game Pass paid subscription for the entirety of January.

This would mean that even with the correct amount of game time the account would not qualify for the Quest.

If you completed this Quest tasks with another account could you post back with that account?

 

hi thete so because there was maybe what 1 or 2 days without service which i ten payed for and completed the tasks i will not recieve the reward. I find that quite weak and as a result i am now seriously considering cancelling my game pass, my ea access
and xbox live gold not to mention my familys accounts as well. I have been a loyal customer on xbox since launch of original xbox my son and both my daughters have xbox live and game pass and this is the wsy you treat a customer for a slight oversight. I think
its appaling that this is how i have been treated and will need to think hatd about continuing my support on xbox

In this case, be sure to hang in there until April 1st as rewards are sent out 30 days after the end of the questing period.

While we understand the frustration with January it is required for Game Pass Goals that you must have active subscriptions for the entire month.

Keep in mind that trial codes would not count towards this goal.

If you still do not see that content after April 1st be sure to post back!

 

Hi thete its now 2nd april and i still havnt received the reward also this is for bebruarys quest which was complete 25 hours of mad max which i completed. The quest ran from february 1st till 28th which i had a complete account for so i dont see why januarys
oversight on my account should matter as that was january.
