Xbox games pass - October&November rewards

Hey there,

Is this in regards to the Xbox Quest or the Game Pass Goals? That will help us know where to look first. For November rewards, those will continue to go out in waves until 12/31/17. If you don't receive your November rewards by that date, please post a new
thread letting us know.

It’s for Xbox Quests, but I still haven’t gotten my October Reward. Where’s that?

I am in the same boat. They claim to wait 30 days after promotion expires for xbox gifts/mystery, but please be patient. The team has to accommodate for thousands of users and look up each gamertag to verify the months' goals. Personally, if I do not
see any after 45 days, I will discontinue game pass.

Apologies for the delayed response here. We were able to determine you have already received October's Game Pass Goals and Xbox Quest rewards. Please take a look in your Xbox Live message inbox and look for a conversation with 'Xbox Live'. If you don't see those
messages, let us know!

As mentioned earlier, November Quest rewards are still going out in waves.

If you participated in the October Xbox Quest and completed each of the 3 objectives , rewards will take up to 30 days to be delivered. In this case, all eligible customers should expect to see their rewards near the end of November.

I believe he is talking about the Game Pass Goals, not the October Xbox Quest.

I am not sure what happened, the comments I gave earlier was somehow deleted. I need to recheck the forums rules.

All prizes for any Xbox Quest or Game Pass Goal will deliver 30 days after the conclusion of the promotion. For the November Game Pass Goals, all rewards will send by December 31st.

In regards to the October Xbox Quest, we have passed along your details to the appropriate team to look into. We'll post back here once we have further information to provide!
