    Xbox games on pc, never goes past 0% when trying to sync data.


    I'm on PC and I'm trying to play the games I have downloaded with the Xbox game pass for PC, whenever I open any of the games a window pops up saying that its trying to sync game data but it never goes past 0%, my membership and internet connection are
    fine. It was working just fine about a week ago and I cant find any fixes on google. I would appreciate any help I can get.

    have you tried uninstalling xbox app and reinstalling it>?

    I have the same problem with several games: Astroneer, Halo, Gears... I can't believe there isn't still a fix for this.

    I guess it's related to the xbox permissions, because when running other games for the first time a popup window asks for offline permissions, while it doesn't on those games that won't sync.

    That's why I'm completly clueless What happened there
    Ah ok, I just assumed you started out on Xbox, with the PC having to sync data,

    The only time i have to data sync is when I'm playing from Xbox to PC ( sync happens on PC ) or PC to Xbox ( sync happens on Xbox ),

    I don't know why it would need to sync data if you started out and just play on PC,

    I'm not sure what else you can try, other than try to uninstall and reinstall the game to see if it has any affect or if it fixes the issue.
