Xbox games not working after repair

I recently had an Xbox one s console repaired and the first day of having it back my game crashed 1 time, the next day the game would crash while loading and it was only that game that would crash, every other game worked fine, then more games started
to crash so i uninstalled them and reinstalled and they still crashed, i reset the console and nothing changed, every game still crashed, i i tried an external storage device to see if that would work but it didn't, some games show weird graphical errors,
i screenshoted one of the errors while the game was froze, sometimes the console will turn itself off after a game freezes and crashes, when i start a game the game will load for a couple of seconds then freeze and make a loud grinding like noise and then
take me to the home screen or turn itself off.

Thank you for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear about the issues that you're experiencing with your repaired console.

I know that you mentioned that you reset your console.. but I wanted to make sure that you went with the [DO NOT KEEP MY GAMES AND APPS] option.

If you haven't already done so, go ahead and try performing a Soft console Factory
reset on your console by doing the following:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select Settings.
Select All Settings.
Select System.
Select Console info & updates.
Select Reset console. [DO NOT KEEP GAMES AND APPS]

If that doesn't work / help, then yeah... Like mentioned above you'd have to send it in for repair.

Certainly doesn't sound like the repair was completed successfully or something broke when it was done. Who did the repair work?

Have you tried uninstalling then installing the game again? Also here is some information on game crashing and freezing.
