Xbox games not showing up in My games and Apps

Good Day. I am based in South Africa and none of my games or apps are showing up on Series S or on my Xbox App.. I have tried reseting the console and set it up from the start again and the problem persists... I checked Xbox services and all claim to be up..

Help would be appreciated.

You mentioned that you tried to reset the console. Do you mean a factory reset? Settings > System > Console info > Reset this xbox > Reset and keep my games and apps?

Also, your installed games do not show or the games you purchased but don't installed do not show?

Hi, just to be sure did you buy the expansion or the bundle that include destiny + the expansion?

If you bought Destiny: The Taken King it only include the DLC but you will need the base game to play it. If you buy Destiny: The Taken King - Legendary Edition, it will include the base game and the expansion.

But usually when I pre order game it shows up in my apps and games as owned and I can download the pre order on my Xbox but it's not showing up in my Xbox on apps and games but maybe I have to wait longer

yes i am on the installed and it is filtered to show all.
