Xbox games not downloading

Trying to download games from the store (typically free games) and after it takes a while to download it finishes, but when I play it it directs to to the market to install it... even though it's installed and the icon is on my games and apps. I download
it again and it happens again and again etc. So I'm stuck with the games I have got (I'm mostly trying to download games from the EA Access free games)

I recently purchased a game on demand (dragons dogma) and I can not download it. I keep getting a popup saying "cant download" anywhere from 10 minutes to two hours.

-no I am not trying to download anything else at the same time.

-yes I have my console AND profile region set to Dubai (where i live)

-I am running a wired connection.

ok, so after the little alert pops up saying cant download, I can go back to the games store page and select download again. When i do this, the game resumes its download from the same position that it quit at. I have been doing this for the past two days,
and it is only at ~40 percent. the game is quite big (about 7 gigs.)

speedtest.net says I am running at ~16MBPS download, ~5MBPS upload and 12ms ping.

My ISP is DU.

Don't know my xbox model, but it is quite old. One of the old white ones.

It looks like you recently region migrated to your new home. This process can take up to 30 days to fully complete but it usually resolves within a few business days.

You may want to try again in a few days or contact your local
Phone Support to inquire about your region migration.
