    Xbox games missing on PC

My brother has bought a while back Forza Horizon 4 on his account using the Xbox One but now he has got a PC and wants to download the game again from the microsoft store but the only option that shows is buy now. I have checked the owend apps section
and all other accounts that where connected to the system but also nothing. Is this a bug or does he just have to buy the game again

    :)

Why is there a 128GB requirement for copying games to USB?

actually some of the xbox games available in pc gamepass are actual xbox games just wrapped and altered slightly hence why some of them are missing the menu items that the proper pc counterparts have on other launchers.

Thank you! I missed the end of his question regarding PC given this is the Xbox Games and Apps forum.

Mouse and Keyboard support and games that are on par with PC games? Isn't that a PC?

    Did I miss something?

So what if PS4 also charges for borrowed games?

I'd build a PC. I miss PC gaming anyways with all the fan made mods and indie games.
