    xbox games lost during last update


    Hello all,

    So I am part of the preview beta which means I get the update prior to the main update. Everything worked fine until either yesterday or today where half of my games are missing from both the internal AND external hard drive. Did something happen to the
    HDD and internal drive and I lost everything or what?

    Lost power during Xbox360 during system update

    During the last system update my xbox 360 lost power. Now the console will no longer load the OS. All That happens is the xbox sound bit and logo shows on tv and nothing else happens. What should I do from here?

    Hi! I assume you tried to refresh your 'My Games & Apps'-app? (open guide, go to the 'Games & Apps' icon and select 'Refresh' by pressing the start-button on your controller)

    If that didn't work, perform a power cycle/hard reset in order to see if that fixes the issue: Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

    Let us know if one of these solutions fixed the issue for you.

    a hard reset keeping the games solved it last night. Haven't tried it since. It seems to be a bug with the games and app along with the September update.

    Scotland here...Ive had that problem of late , lost connection during a game thought it was my batteries changed them no power got another set still no power ,have found that when my mike is plugged in the controller does not power up , this is after this
