    Hi, I was really wasn't trying to talk about this but it ruined my morning.

    A couple days ago, I reinstalled COD: Ghosts to just play it, seeing as i had ran out of gold. I got on, and all the dlc I had, up and vanished. Now, of course I was mad, but I was understanding. Reason being was because I recieved the xbox from my xbox
    as a gift, and i had also recieved his account. All be it, his account wasn't on my xbox anymore (hasn't been for a good 3 years)

    The last time I played the game was around 10 months ago, maybe 11. Far after the destruction of his account.

    That was wrong, but its whatever, i took that as a little thing because whatever happened was probably having to do with terms and conditions and was most likely out of my power.

    No what irritated me was the fact that Minecraft Bedrock edition registered as a gamepass game even though i know i owned it far before i got a short subscription for it. I played xbox one edition and got the chance to download the bedrock edition because
    of its chance to use it.

    Now I could easily just buy the game but thats not the point. It could have been any game and I would have the same reaction. Its just not fair for something like this to happen to a consumer. Any consumer for that matter.

    I don't usually go and say things like this, because i have supported xbox for a long time even before i had an account.

    This error occurs when there are problems with loading profile data. Try to clear the cache by holding down the power button for 10 secs and try again.

    you getting any error messages?

    lets powercycle the console, steps can be found here: https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/power/restart-or-power-cycle-console

    if its a no disc error or you dont known this game error then please go to settings then disc and blu-ray and clear storage then reboot the console as a hard reset powercycle.

    next step would be to uninstall and reinstall games.

    With regards to any game or DLC - it will be linked to the account that purchased it. If you no longer have that account, and you have a new one, you will have to purcahse games and content again. I don’t believe you can transfer purchases either - thats
    just the way it is.

    I think what you are saying with regards to gamepass is that you are frustrated you bought a game, and now it’s available on there? In which case I don’t see the issue, gamepass is a fairly new service and games getting added is a good thing, you may have
    bought some, but you wont have bought others. It wouldn’t be a great service is only new games that were never sold before were added. New games are getting added to gamepass too like Gears 5, so the service is getting even better as time goes on. Sorry if
    this wasn’t your point, and I mis understood.
