    xbox gamertag vanished from my console


    Hi there

    Two days ago, after not being able tp enter FORTNITE (post its 6th edition update) I accidentally reset my console (with the 'KEEP MY GAMES' option on).

    This has deleted my gamertag on the console. I am not being able to re-sign into it...

    What should I do??

    All purchases with Xbox video have disappeared...

    On the 8 April 14 Supernatural and The vampire Diaries vanished from my console, what is going on!?! Refreshing and signing in and out isn't fixing anything! Did they just suddenly remove them from Xbox Video or something!?!

    I really don't know, but I can tell you that there are more than one gamertag appearing on the console right now.

    The thing is, that I use the console at my mom's house, and it was always with that specific gamertag that has gone, and today I realized that there is another gamertag on another PC, at my Dad's house...

    This one was never in use on my xbox console, but is connected to the same MS account (I think it was created by default on the PC).

    At the moment, my previous gamertag (with the game money and all sorts of exstras from FORTNITE) is gone!!!!

    Every gamertag is associated to one email only for the most part to sign in. One Microsoft account cannot have more than one gamertag. Each account is completely individual from one another. You can link accounts through the Xbox Family settings, but every
    account has it's own unique email that was used or created during initial sign up.

    I would recommend going to
    Xbox Customer Support     to request a callback and speak to an agent specializing in Accounts that will do their best to help you recover the email that was associated to the gamertag that was lost.

    Thanks , I can see the purchase in my history [MS] just don't understand why the game would vanish from my console that is unless it vanished due to some other system update. Still not resolved but will try what you have suggested , thanks
