Xbox gamertag selling my hacked gamertag

To be short, About 3-4 days ago my account was hacked, i talked to Xbox services, and even submitted a form under them, those didn’t work at all. I only was able to get it back even through submitted my claim to get my account back, by providing some cars info and recent purchases and account passwords over my time of having the account. though it’s currently still locked, because “suspicious activity” which no wonder, I did report it was hacked the day it happened. My gamertag is gone. My account was hacked FOR my gamertag, not my gamerscore, or followers or anything it’s because my gamertag is an OG gamertag. It was changed that very same day. And what’s crazy is after continuous talks with multiple different Xbox support agents . And looking through Xbox Forums for people of the a similar issue Xbox most likely cannot get my rightful gamertag back?

Here’s what I’m asking on this forum truly for, how is it that the gamertag i owned while I was being hacked can be taken from me and Xbox not know how to retrieve it for me? My accounts gamertag was transferred to brand new account, no gamerscore, no friends, no games nothing, in the policy that one of your representatives told me it at least takes around 30 days for a gamertag that’s changed, for that gamertag to become available, but it magically appears on a brand new account In not even 24 hours, and Xbox doesn’t think that’s a little bit suspicious? Not only is it on a brand new account, but like I’ve emailed support, my gamertag is actually being sold for $800 on an Instagram account known for selling gamertags which is against your policy? I’ve mentioned this to support 3 times now and they haven’t even batted an eye at this. I know this because I have friends in the gamertag community, there’s tons on accounts on multiple platforms that sells OG gamertags

To finish this off, I just want to know why my account can be hacked, my gamertag taken from me and now is gonna be permitted to be sold?? And all Microsoft can do, a multi billion dollar company, is maybe unlock my account, and send me on my way with the random gamertag the hacker changed it too.

I would like to verbally speak with someone of higher power in the Xbox account recovery, instead of waiting 2-3 days for a 1 email response, I got proof of everything I mentioned from pictures of emails of my info being changed to pictures of my Xbox gamertags being swapped to a new account and now is being sold for 800$, Microsoft support cannot do anything for this matter they all redirect me, I just want to talk to someone who can explain this all to me or maybe even fix all this if possible please.
