Xbox gamertag interfering with re-download of PAID game on RCA android tablet

I had to reset my RCA android tablet back to factory settings. Bummer, but was acting wonky. Got what little I keep on it set up again except my paid for subscription of "Microsoft Premium Solitaire". I sign in with my Microsoft account that I originally
used to buy the game right after Thanksgiving last year so I would not be tormented by the ridiculous ads they were running. But then the game syncs immediately with my gamertag and when I go to the page to try to restore my purchase it always comes up as
"no premium purchases were found". But a Microsoft Account's tech helping me yesterday was able to show that it does show my having purchased it on the store site! It says "you own this." So I really would like to get my Premium game back for the 4 months
I have due without losing my scoring.

Anyone have any ideas how to pause or temporarily disable my gamertag so I can get in long enough under my Microsoft original account to restore my purchase? (I don't want to delete my gamertag because of all the new "requirements"!)

Thanks! Any help for this non-techy near octogenarian just trying to stimulate my brain daily is greatly appreciated!

I have just 1 Microsoft account. I didn't have the alias gamertag at all until recently. I do recall after initial purchase I was still getting the ads so contacted the email assoc. with it at the store. They worked on it and finally got my games ad-free.
I do have to say most of my electronics give me total grief! Not sure why. As a kid, if

I got too close to the tv I made the picture go flpflpflpflp. Use to infuriate my dad! Mom had the power too though. 👽

There is no way to disable a gamertag from a Microsoft account. The only way to do that would be to permanently close the entire Microsoft account.

You mentioned an original Microsoft account. How many Microsoft accounts do you own? Are you logging into Windows 10 using a different account your gamertag is associated to? You need to make sure the account you used to pay for the premium subscription
of the game is logged into the Microsoft Store app. The gamertag is only to track achievements and to back up saves to the Xbox Live cloud storage. The syncing portion is the save data syncing from the cloud but subscription and game license verification goes
through the Microsoft Store app. The issue sounds like what account's you are using to sign in to Windows compared to the account you are using that has the gamertag associated with it.

Download 'Smartglass for Xbox One' on ios/android, sign in and download for each Gamertag, alternatively....delete the game and re-download it on each Gamertag.

Having said that, if you are the only one with Gold, you can't. The Gold is only 'shared' on the console, not given to each Gamertag as a gift.
