    Xbox gamertag change error message


    I keep getting the error "Sorry something went wrong. Try your gamertag again". I have tried to change my gamertag in the past but this error keeps occuring and I am unable to change my gamertag. I would appreciate if this issue could be resolved.

    I'm sorry for your problem. If you're trying to make the change via PC, I recommend clearing the cache and history of your browser or using an alternative browser.     Thanks for reaching out to us with this issue. If you are getting an error code or message when trying to change your gamertag via the console, then you may want to try to change your gamertag from a different device. Gamertags can only be changed by you
    from your account and support or forums team members cannot do so for you. Our support article How to change your Xbox gamertag
