Xbox Gamerscore Mega Deal [Canada]

I have signed 2 days ago, it said the email would arrive in 30 minutes for the gamerscore mega deal. So far I haven't received anything, and I checked my spam folder.

It says I'm not eligible for the promotion because I haven't been active on Xbox from September 31 2013 to May 6 2015. But I have been very active in that time period. Is it because I have no gold membership right now? Has this happened to anybody else?

i logged in may 30th i believe. i forgot all about the email i was expecting because I've been very busy and recently left home to work away so i haven't had any free time. only today it clicked in my head that i was meant to receive gamerscore credit so
i made some time to check my mail and i never seen any emails from xbox so i checked my junk and spam folder and it wasn't there either. did i wait to long to check my email so it got erased on its own? because i tried registering again and it tells me i have
already done so and received the email.. but i haven't. i hope i sent the right date of when i registered, if its not it was roughly around that time. again i'm sorry I've just been so busy i forgot all about it. i hope to hear back, thanks.

 

I got the message that I was to earn a 75$ discount code, but I never got the code Is there any way that I can get the message sent back or get sent to another email ? My gamertag is . I waited more than 30 minutes and I checked all my junk/spam

I have 8005 Gamerscore, does anyone know how much that equals? I tried checking myself but it's stuck on 7985G = $40 , I got a achievement 3 hours ago and it won't update.

 

Hi, I signed in about 6 days ago, was told Id be getting a $75 credit emailed to me and I haven't received anything yet, have checked inbox, junk mail, and all other folders daily but it hasn't shown up. I even signed in again thinking it might just not
have registered and I got a message saying that Ive already been sent my credit, please help!
