Xbox Gamerpic back to default, unable to make custom one

Hi currently there is an ongoing issue with my Xbox Gamerpic, it shows as an empty silloutte (like a shape of a person) and I'm unable to change it to anything custom, asfaik I haven't done anything wrong, nothing on Xbox Enforcement, all I can do is change it to a 'default' xbox picture. So is there anything wrong with pictures or am I being shadow banned by some moderator that has an hate towards cartoons. My gamerpic did not contain NSFW or anything that's not allowed by TOS, but still feel I'm being shadow banned from uploading a Custom profile picture.

Before the 'survey' 'ambassadors' come around my childs account can change to custom profile pictures and they take like 5-10mins to show up, I know the service works but for whatever reason I'm being left out.

Right now you can only change your Microsoft account profile picture (https://account.microsoft.com/profile/) or your gamerpic (https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/account-pro...).

But I'm not really sure which one the Games for Windows Live uses.

I'm having the same issue. Custom profile picture will not change after successful upload. Tried to change on Console, Xbox Companion app and through website. Nothing worked... thought maybe it was because my account was newer. Now I know it is not just me having issues. Hopefully this will be fixed soon.

Yeah thing is it has been like this for a few weeks now but as of today it completely vanished, same goes for Bing rewards not showing my custom picture at all (never did to begin with)

And my general profile image on my MS account cannot be changed aswell

Also is there a way to change legacy gamerpics used by GFWL and WP still ? It kinda cringes me out to see my egdy 2011 Gamerpic when playing Lost Planet 2 with the boys. It always defaults to some random avatar picture I made (when that came out). I wish to change it to one of yhe bought gamerpic pack picture but can't do get it to show on either WP or GFWL

Hi Lucas, I’ve been having difficulties with changing my xbox profile picture to a custom image on xbox and on the xbox app. It keeps saying that’s its done uploading but it’s not updating it has been doing it for the past 2 days but I changed it to a default pic on Xbox but now I can’t change it to a custom one

There is an issue right now with gamerpics. Other users are complaining about the same issue as you. It will probably be fixed soon.
