Xbox Gamer pic won't change

My gamer pic won't change, I have tried with 3 different images and it still hasn't changed

If you're uploading a custom gamerpic, it's possible the gamer pic you're trying to use isn't in line with Xbox Live's code of conduct- which can be found here for reference: https://www.xbox.com/en-US/legal/community-standards.
What was the picture you were trying to upload?

It might not be the picture then. If you’re using the Xbox Companion App to upload the custom picture, it’s possible the app is just having an issue (like its had in the past) and we just might need to wait, I know only recently they gave us all access
to uploading custom profile pictures again. However, if you’re uploding the picture on the Xbox itself and it’s not working, the best advice I can give is to check that the Xbox doesn’t need any updates just to make sure, and if it doesn’t (or updating doesn’t

The exact same problem is happening for me and i have no idea on how to fix it

It was with code of conduct it seems a simple anime character
