Xbox Gamer Pic Perma Ban

Hello All,

My gamer pic was banned when I log in it says my account is suspended but in the website it says I'm perma banned. The next day I wake up and see that I have not one but two four day bans !!!! And another perm ban how is this possible or make sense?

I've contacted support and even spoken to a supervisor who said "Make a new account" Like what cmon now I've had this account for more then a decade spent thousands of dollar thousands of hour and made memories.

As you can imagine this is really upsetting for me the gamer pic that got banned was the anime character that controlled the red mech from Evangilion. All it depicted was her fully clothed in her pilot suit posing with her hands on her hips and smiling and the theme was after the weeknds starboy album. So its her color being purple the backdrop being red and the yellow letters saying star girl.

So for a non offensive gamer pic I got perma banned for it nice.

Just as I'm talking to you I got another 4 day ban.

Do you know how is this possible I honestly believe that people just spam reported my account.

the supervisor was from the xbox help line not from the actual ban team.

Also do you know if I could transfer my accounts such as activision or ubisoft from my banned account to a new one?

References to hate groups, terrorist organizations, or notorious figures

But really, if the image violates the terms, and even a "supervisor" took care of your case and issued this response, it means that there is really no chance of resorting to this punishment.
