    Xbox gamepass ultimate vencido


    Hola tengo un problema con Xbox Gamepass últimate, tenia la suscripcion vencida porque no pude pagar la renovación automática, ahora que pude la pague con mi tarjeta de débito, pero no lo decidi pagar sino que se psgo automáticamente... Pero el problema
    es que mo beo que se haya renovado la suscripción... Me aparece aún que tengo que pagarla y ya lo hice supuestamente me quitaron el dinero y todo, que puedo hacer estoy desesperado

    I do not understand ... then I have to wait for it to renew? and when it was renewed ... they took money from my card and it still keeps asking me to renew that subscription, I'm scared that I lost that money and the subscription won't be renewed
    ... I want the subscription renewed or my money ... it is incredible that this happens, because I took that charge if it was not going to be renewed

    Ok the thing is when you get suspended for payment option you are already 21 days into your subscription

    So if you didnt pay it till much later you had 9days till your next renewal

    Thats why the second renewal happens during your suspension

    Could just be you are confusing xbox gamepass and gamepass ultimate.

    Xbox Gamepass is xbox only, gamepass ultimate is xbox and pc.

    I have Xbox GamePass Ultimate, but Xbox App on PC only recognizes the standard GamePass

    gamepass on PC is just that gamepass, there is no ultimate on pc, if you have ultimate on xbox then you get gamepass on pc.
