    I'm an Xbox GPU subscriber, however I play on PC and Cloud. I sold my Xbox One some years ago.

    I recently started Control on cloud and got really invested into it. So thought I'd install it onto my PC for the best looking version of the game.

    However when launching the game on PC, my progress didn't transfer. This was really frustrating.

    Having read up on this, it seems progress transfer is something the developer either has to give the go ahead or decline. But individual games on GPU don't appear to show CLEARLY whether this is supported or not.

    I've noted that they're even different versions of the game. Control on XBGP for Xbox is just "Control". Whearas on PC its "Control Standard Edition". There doesn't seem to be any distinction between the two versions other than one is for Xbox and the other for PC. Yet there is no comment or explanation on either page to confirm that progress will not sync.

    This is then ever more frustrating when the page lists "Xbox Live Cloud Saves" as one of the capabilites on both versions of the game.

    Can this message either be clearer or alternatively, allow progress sync across the board. I don't want to have to start the game again and whilst cloud is great in short bursts, I'd rather take the game forward on my main platform of choice.

    You just get the pc libraries and the cloud play

    Gamepass for console.has xbox games

    Gamepass for.pc.has pc.only games

    Gamepass ultimate has.both and cloud play

    You can't access console.games on pc unless cloud

    Same.with console.can't access pc games part of ultimate

    not all games on pc gamepass sync to the cloud, some only save to the pc so make sure to back these up.

    Well cloud gaming isn't on gamepass for pc

    That's only for xbox gamepass ultimate though we dunno going forward with the new.Ubisoft xcloud

    does not matter, ultimate is just the following

    cloud gaming

    gamepass for console

    gamepass for pc

    ea play

    gold

    so what you see on pc gamepass is what you get.

    PC gamepass is the following

    pc gamepass

    ea play

    gold is not needed for pc and obviously you don't need gamepass console as you are on pc.

    there are no games exclusive to ultimate, everything available on gamepass pc and console is the same with or without ultimate.
