    Gamepass subscription management difficulties

    Two things

    First you need core or ultimate for multiplayer

    Gamepass for console doesn't include multiplayer and needs core or ultimate

    And yes you need a payment option on file for ultimate

    Ultimate os cheaper then core and gamepass for consolr

    https://account.microsoft.com     and make sure your billing and contact info is complete and up to date and that there are no messages on your account.
