Yes, actually I have a picture of the advertisement. I took it after I was charged.

I don´t have a picture of the terms and conditions. When I start my Xbox One now the offer is no longer showing.

Shouldn´t you be able to reach that, since the offer is still running?

it will convert gold to 4 months gamepass ultimate, if you want the gold for the full 12 months let the gamepass ultimate expire first.
