    Xbox Gamepass Ultimate for PC


    I am completely confused and stunned with the lack of support or care that Xbox has shown me for my issue. Yesterday, January 4th 2021, I purchased GamePass Ultimate for PC on the Xbox app on windows because it adds EA Play and I have been wanting to get
    EA play since it came out. When I purchased the subscription, I could not find anywhere to download or access the EA Play library in the EA desktop app or the Xbox/Xbox console companion apps. On top of that, there is nowhere to link your Xbox and EA accounts
    in your Microsoft account settings or your Xbox account settings. I have been tirelessly trying to use the service that I paid for for the past day now and after talking to Xbox support on the phone, the woman on the phone told me "Oh, this problem is because
    Xbox GamePass Ultimate is not released for PC yet, only for Xbox One." Is this some sort of joke, Microsoft/Xbox?? You are selling a product/service that literally doesn't exist and basically ripping PC players off by advertising something you are incapable
    of offering, and even more incapable of providing any support to the people you are blindsiding with this blatant oversight that is a clear and obvious massive issue. Is there anyone from Xbox that can actually provide me any sort of support for my issue?
    Because so far the only "support" I've received is "oops sorry this product doesn't exist and I can't help you, is that a good enough answer?"

    I have Xbox GamePass Ultimate, but Xbox App on PC only recognizes the standard GamePass

    gamepass on PC is just that gamepass, there is no ultimate on pc, if you have ultimate on xbox then you get gamepass on pc.

    Could just be you are confusing xbox gamepass and gamepass ultimate.

    Xbox Gamepass is xbox only, gamepass ultimate is xbox and pc.

    If you bought the Gamepass for PC and don't have an Xbox then getting Ultimate Gamepass is pointless. It would upgrade your subscription from Gamepass for PC to Ultimate Gamepass

    If you have Gamepass Ultimate then you are set for Xbox and PC. If you have just Gamepass then you will need to either upgrade to Gamepass Ultimate or get Gamepass on PC.

    Game Pass Ultimate

    The only reason to get the Ultimate Gamepass is for the PC games. If you play on Xbox and PC then the Ultimate Gamepass is worth it.
