Xbox gamepass ultimate deal purchasing problems

I have been trying to buy the recent deal for Xbox gamepass. It includes 3 months of gamepass ultimate for 1 dollar with Disney+, EA play, and more. I have about 2 dollars of credit remaining in my account and that is double what
I need, but when I try to purchase it is says "what are the other methods you would like to use to purchase this", signaling I don't have enough money, and before you say "you need to turn off recurring payments", I have tried. It is already off and I tried
to chat but the Get Help app isn't working and the Xbox chatting doesn't support my problem (including calls). Honestly, I don't know when this deal is going to end, but it's a really good deal and one of the only reasons I want it is because it includes EA
play and Xbox Gold. I don't know what any of you are supposed to do, but if you have any recommendations besides trying to turn off recurring payments or to add my card info, and also if you are somebody who has the rights to use the remaining credit I have
to buy the deal, please email me or somehow contact me. Thanks!

Since it starts a recurring subscription, you have to prove that you have enough funds for the next payment as well (even if you plan on turning off auto-renewal which would need to be turned off after the purchase not before). So you need either a credit
card/Paypal on file or enough funds in your account for the next payment.

Are you trying to purchase the current promotion for Xbox GamePass Ultimate?

If so, the current promotion is only for new members/subscribers to GamePass Ultimate. If you had GamePass Ultimate before you will not be able to purchase it.

Gamepass does not hence why it's cheaper

And you would've.had to have gold .

separately to play games online

Gamepass allows you to download games.but not.play multiplayer

And cloud gaming is only available to the subscriber of gamepass ultimate not sub accounts until the family plans come out supposedly this summer
