Xbox gamepass reward scheme

Offer from the Xbox Dashboard, goes to xboxliveoffers.com which is a verified Microsoft website. Invite up to 10 friends to join Xbox Live Gold and get £10 for each
referral, which can be spent on the Xbox Store. Invited my eligible friend, (NMearns99). Who never had xbox game pass, xbox emailed his account saying he was eligible, he joined via via the email. Once signed up i went to check my account and it says "This
friend subscribed to Game Pass on their own. Unfortunately, that means that they’re not eligible anymore, but now that you both subscribe to Game Pass, you can play together online. "

This is a lie as i signed up via email. So would like ot be either refunded for gamepass or recieve my 10 pound on each account.

Game Pass and Live gold pass

Hello

Due to you stopping the rewards scheme, I have decided to sell my xbox and close everything down. I purchased roughly 18 months of xbox membership and 18 months of gamepass membership upfront in order to get all the relevant GEM
rewards I needed and now I get told that you are closing off the scheme, so this was all a pointless waste of money.

Please can you let me know a way of getting this refunded as I am not happy about any of this and mainly the way we have all been treated here.

 

MyChallenges for GamePass Subscription

I have subscribed to GamePass since December and Xbox Rewards still does not show that I have completed the MyChallenge for 3-month GamePass Subscription.
