xbox gamepass removed my bought operators in rainbow six siege.

i have played rainbow six siege quite awhile and unlocked a few operators throughout the years. then I bought an Xbox game pass in 2021. I would later unsubscribe in july of 2023. But now ubisoft thinks i unlocked every year 1 and year 2 operators from the gamepass and removed them. I had unlocked them with renown and real world currency. I also have screenshot of emails as proof that i had some of them all the way back since 2019, but ubisoft support doesn't listen and is forcing me to resubscribe to get the operators back. What should i do?

It seems your operators were treated as one, with the latest version, which was under Game Pass. Unfortunately, this means you'll have to subscribe again to access your operators, as you've already been advised by Ubisoft Support.
