Xbox gamepass quests redeem points issue

I have done the just cause 4 quest and the game from March quest but when I try to claim my points it reverts me back to the quests home screen I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it also tried the hard reset, anyone else having any issues?

Yeah done this twice last month when it wasnt registering achievement unlocks and this month with this issue

Check the Microsoft rewards website to see if they are updated on there, or give them some more time, they usually take a bit after competition

Hi, i got some issues too, last mouth it take some days to register, so the system needs some fixes..

On your console, install the

Describe
the problem in detail, including when it happened, if you saw any specific error codes or messages, and if you were using any specific games, software, hardware, or accessories when you encountered the problem.
